Damaged product – You must report the damage in writing (email or letter), presenting the invoice and sending the complete item by courier or delivering it to the physical store.
Returns due to transport damage – If the customer detects any anomaly or damage caused by the transport of the item they ordered, they must immediately report the incident to AC Guitar Shop.
In the case of large volumes, the customer must, upon receipt and opening the packaging, check for any visible damage that may have been caused during transport. If the item is damaged in any way, it should not be accepted. After signing the delivery note, AC Guitar Shop is not responsible for any physical damage caused during transport.
Responsibility
AC Guitar Shop is not responsible for losses resulting from any computer viruses, network or internet supply problems, information provided by suppliers or any other situations beyond its control that prevent access and correct functioning of the domain www.acguitarshop.pt as well as the services made available therein.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Portuguese Law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or from contracts for the purchase of products using this website shall be governed by Portuguese Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
